Meet The Team
This is us. We do Naleia Yachting for you. We all answered the set of same questions to give you a better view on the way we like our trips to happen.
Dominik: Chaos Embracer
Q: What`s your super special skills?
A: Embracing the chaos. Implementing the vision. Dreaming big. Being able to find a common way with anyone. Planting the seed of interest.
Q: What do you like about Naleia trips the most?
A: The international mix of cultures, characters and creativity. It can give it a tremendous boost to the whole trip when people realize that they can co-create the trip. Bake-off, street circus, flying chickens… just to name a few examples.
Q: First memory that comes to you when thinking of the last Naleia Trip?
A: Bonfire on the monkey beach on Thailand Route. We sat around the fire, Nico played with his fire pois, bottle of wine was going around and we talked the evening through. I felt the magic.
Q: Any random thing about you that your future crew should know?
A: If you hear a huge splash in the morning, while being on anchor, don`t worry. It`s just me taking the morning swim.
Q: Green, White or Blue?
A: All of them. Plus the elephant!

The day I took my crew “sailing” in no wind and messing about in the sea was very memorable.
The wedding proposal on a romantic island…

Jack: Skipper

Q: What`s your super special skills?
A: My name is Jack…… Not Jack Sparrow – (although many people say so), not Jack Aubrey…… not Jack Ryan……. not Jack Armistead…… no, just Jack Leewanda. OK but why did I mentioned those others Jacks? They were all Captains of sailing ships, yachts, or other sea vessels. They all were crazy, handsome and brave. So the name speaks for itself, as I am a Captain too and that’s what keeps me to go forward, that`s what keeps me to be myself and that`s my super skill. I am who I am.
Q: What do you like about Naleia trips the most?
A: I love exploring and that what’s on the 1st place on Naleia trips. First of all you explore yourself. On Naleia trips there are many situations that can surprise you and you have to find yourself in it. Furthermore, all the time we explore other people, ours crew members and others Naleians. Finally we explore other countries` culture. Naleia trips are different each time.
Q: Any random thing about you that your future crew should know?
A: I like to help. Even if it’s just a good word. Good word from the Captain is a very good word. Believe me.
Q: First memory that comes to you when thinking of the last Naleia Trip?
A: First memory from the last trip…. That`s a hard question because it`s supposed to be a good memory… but I had a hard time fighting with illness which is hard to forget. My grandma and my Mum tell me `what doesn`t kill you makes you stronger`. That illness taught me, that when I had a terrible pain people who were around me, they helped me by just being cheerful, smiling, laughing and that is what I remember the most: People. People all time helping, all the time smiling, all time with positive energy what gives you additional energy. Energy to live, to fight, to explore even long time after the trip has ended!
Q: Green, White or Blue?
A: Many people think that at beginning of time there was chaos. This chaos was associated with darkness or just black colour. But that’s not true! It all started from the brightness. This means: white. As you know white is a basic colour. From a white paint we can create all colors, and all colors create white. That is similar to me. People around me make me, and I make the people around me.
Szymon: Skipper
Q: What`s your super special skills?
A: I can swim, ride a bike and run for 122,2 Nautical Miles in one day.

A: Participants – international, open minded, easy going and taking best from their life. Culture, experiences, languages, views: fantastic mix allowing broadening knowledge about the world.
Q: Green, White or Blue?
A: I can see only 16 colors, so i like them all;)
Q: First memory that comes to you when thinking of the last Naleia Trip?
A: Army marine tunnel! We stayed in amazing bay located on Lastovo Island for a night. We were diving and playing in the water in the evening in that bay. During night, we connected with 3 yacht and we moored to the bunker entrance(bunker for military ships). We took all music instruments, some wine and started the party at the end of the tunnel. The acoustic of the tunnel was amazing. Moreover, we noticed, that it was possible to create amazing aurora on the ceiling surface – just put some light into the water and waves do the miracle. And the last but not least, early wakeup and sunrise at the sea.
Q: Any random thing about you that your future crew should know?
A: Life is short, do what you love and do it often. Don’t be afraid of any changes.
